Overview
Development InfoStructure (Devis) is seeking a Personal Services Contractor (PSC) Compensation Advisor for a proposal-based position, contingent upon contract award. The PSC Compensation Advisor will provide expertise on compensation structures aligned with U.S. Direct-Hire equivalent benefits, focusing on both domestic and international PSC roles. This position requires extensive knowledge of public and private sector compensation, including General Schedule, Foreign Service Schedule, and Senior Level and Scientific Professional pay structures.
Primary Duties
- Compensation Analysis and Advisory : Evaluate and provide strategic recommendations for PSC compensation structures to align with government and industry standards, including salary ranges, pay banding, and merit increase policies.
- Benefit Program Alignment : Advise on the development of U.S. Direct-Hire and FSN-equivalent benefits packages, covering leave, insurance, retirement, and special allowances for PSC employees.
- Salary Structure Expertise : Utilize expertise in General Schedule, Foreign Service, and other federal pay scales to support compensation determinations that meet Devis’s strategic goals.
- Research and Benchmarking : Conduct research to benchmark compensation packages against industry standards, offering insights on market competitiveness and benefits administration.
- Financial Evaluation : Assess the costs and benefits of various compensation structures, providing recommendations that optimize budget allocation while remaining compliant with organizational structure constraints.
