Job Summary:
We are seeking responsible and compassionate drivers to provide non-medical transportation services to clients in the Medina County area. This position involves transporting individuals with disabilities to and from adult day programs and work sites. Drivers will work split shifts, with morning and afternoon routes, ensuring individuals reach their destinations safely and on time.
Responsibilities:
· Safely transport individuals with disabilities to and from designated locations using a company-provided vehicle.
· Follow scheduled pick-up and drop-off times while maintaining punctuality.
· Assist individuals in and out of the vehicle as needed.
· Communicate effectively with individuals and caregivers.
· Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
· Report any vehicle issues, incidents, or delays promptly.
Qualifications:
· Must be at least 18 years old with a valid Ohio driver’s license.
· High school diploma or G.E.D.
· Clean driving record with no major violations.
· Must pass a background check and possibly drug screening.
Schedule & Shift Details:
This position follows a split-shift schedule, typically working:
· Morning Shift: 6:00 AM – 10:00 AM (varies by route)
· Afternoon Shift: 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM (varies by route)
