Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee Two CILAs (Community Integrated Living Arrangements) : This involves supervising the daily operations of two group homes for individuals with developmental disabilities, with up to 8 individuals living in each home.
- Provide Support : You'll be responsible for ensuring individuals receive the necessary support to live as independently as possible within their community.
- Team Leadership : You will hire, schedule, lead and mentor a team of Direct Support Persons (DSPs) who work directly with the individuals.
- Quality Assurance : Maintaining a high standard of care and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations are crucial aspects of this role.
