Do you want an opportunity to serve with compassion and help others? We seek patient and dedicated caregivers to assist adults with developmental disabilities in their neighborhood group home. Our Caregivers / DSPs provide support to adults living in CILA homes (Community Integrated Living Arrangements) with around-the-clock care. Developmental Foundations, a family owned company providing quality residential services since 1986, is hiring Caregivers / DSPs for our homes in Decatur, IL.

Pay:
- Starting at $17.75/hour
Benefits for eligible employees may include:
- DSP training is provided and paid. Once trained, you will become a certified DD Aide and will be added to the Health Care Worker Registry (HCWR)

Qualifications:
- DSP or CNA experience beneficial, but not required
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred, but not required
- Entry level position. DSP training is provided and paid!
Requirements:
- High School completion or equivalency is required- G.E.D./High School diploma/signed High School transcript including graduation date
- Successfully complete and pass background check
- Work schedules include a combination of weekdays, weekends and holidays. Weekend availability is required.
Responsibilities:
