Starting at $17.75/hour (eff. 12/30/24)
- Part-Time, 3rd shift (overnight), Fridays and Saturdays
- Part-Time, 2nd shift, two weekdays plus Saturdays and Sundays
Do you want an opportunity to serve with compassion and help others? We seek patient and dedicated caregivers to assist adults with disabilities in their neighborhood home. Our Caregivers / DSPs provide support to adults living in CILA homes (Community Integrated Living Arrangements) with around-the-clock care. Developmental Foundations, a family owned company providing quality residential services since 1986, is hiring Caregivers / DSPs for our home in Mattoon, IL.

Pay:
- $17.75/hour (eff. 12/30/24)

Qualifications:
- DSP or CNA experience beneficial, but not required
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred, but not required
- Entry level position. DSP training is provided and paid
Requirements:
- High school completion or equivalency is required. High school diploma, signed high school transcripts including graduation date or G.E.D. required
- Successfully complete and pass background check
- Weekend availability and some holiday availability may be required
Responsibilities:
