Developmental Pathways (DP) is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) in our Early Intervention Department. This position will provide skilled occupational therapy services / interventions to pediatric patients with physical, neurological, genetic, cognitive, sensory, feeding, ADL, and social / emotional deficits. This is a 40-hour week, hybrid position, working remotely and in-person, coming into our headquarters office in Aurora, CO, and other off-site locations.

As an Occupational Therapist, you will provide therapy services in a child’s natural setting or via telehealth for children under 3 years old who are eligible for Early Intervention services. You are responsible for adhering to the Early Intervention guidelines, documentation, and funding requirements. As a member of a multidisciplinary team, you will collaborate with other disciplines, service coordinators, caregivers, and medical providers to develop and implement the Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP) for eligible children on their caseload.
