No Experience in ABA? No Problem – We’ll Train You!

About the Role: As a Behavior Technician, you’ll work one-on-one with children, helping them learn and grow through fun, engaging activities. Don’t worry if you’ve never heard of ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) before—we’ll provide all the training and support you need to succeed.

What We’re Looking For:

- Availability to work 20 to 40 hours weekly (part-time and full-time).
What You’ll Do:
- Work directly with children to support their learning and development.
- Follow fun, engaging lesson plans designed to help children meet their goals.
- Collaborate with supervisors and families to create a positive experience for everyone.
Requirements
- High school diploma (required)
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (preferred)
- Candidate must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, sit, and run as needed.
- Valid driver’s license, reliable source of transportation, and auto insurance
- Must pass a criminal background check (Livescan DOJ & FBI)
- Current TB clearance
