Recruitment Consultant - Delivery Lead

Our Miami office is looking to scale with a Delivery focused Recruitment Consultant to help manage recruitment processes with our current and prospective new clients.

Recruitment Consultant - Delivery Lead requirements;
- Ideally proven Account Management / Delivery experience within a recruitment environment (open to other industries/roles)
- Able to qualify candidates and manage them through the process; qualification of needs, interview prep/feedback, further questioning, challenging and closing
- Building relationships with prospective and current candidate/client base across the Miami & US Technology space
- Information driven, sales acumen, ability to deliver quickly and a joy to work with.
