Devens Extended School Year Paraprofessional
Everett Public Schools is seeking enthusiastic and qualified Special Education paras to teach an
in-person Special Education Summer Session Program to our Devens School students. This
program aims to provide social/emotional and academic support to promote and maintain
academic skills and social-emotional development according to the goals and benchmarks of
each student’s Individualized Education Plan (IEP) and Crisis Management Plans (ICMP).
Paraprofessional(s)
Paraprofessionals must be TCIS trained and will support special education students in small
group educational classrooms and assist the special education teacher during the Devens School
Summer Program. Paraprofessionals will support students with all necessary life skills.
Paraprofessionals will help the special education teacher with data collection.

Program: Devens School Summer Program (Kindergarten to Grade 11)
Working Times
? SUMMER PROGRAM: Seventeen days of summer school, depending on when school
ends in June from 7:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
Paraprofessional Remuneration: $40 an hour
