As a Clinical Coordinator BCBA,

we invite you to bring your clinical, programmatic and administrative skills and experiences to Devereux’s clinical team. The Clinical Coordinator provides supervision and oversight for psychological services to Individuals by members of the Clinical Team, in assigned residential and community programs. Coordinates clinical services with Residential and Work Training staff. Coordinates Behavioral Treatment Programs and provides clinical supervision to pre-doctoral interns, externs, and practicum students. Assists the Director of Clinical Services in coordinating Clinical Programs for the Center. Provides quality control for the delivery of clinical service

Qualifications

EDUCATION:

Master’s degree in ABA (preferred), Psychology, Education, or related field. Board certification from the BACB required. Completion of a supervised internship in ABA, preferred. Experience presenting professional work at local, regional, or national functions, preferred.

EXPERIENCE:

A minimum of five (5) years’ experience developing and implementing behavioral interventions within the contextof a multi-disciplinary treatment team process. At least three (3) years’ experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, autism, or brain injury. At least three (3) years of experience in supervising candidates toward the successful completion of a BCBA. Devereux has a zero-tolerance policy for abuse and maintains policies and procedures to systematically reduce the risk of abuse to occur in our organization. Devereux fosters a culture of reporting abuse, and will cooperate with the authorities to the fullest extent possible.
