Description
Base pay $19.88/hr. Could reach as high as $22.66/hr with 7 years experience.
Monday - Friday, 7am-3pm, on-call rotation for 1 week every 6 weeks.
$1,000 sign on bonus available!
The right person will be part of a team that maintains a safe and homelike environment for clients.
Looking for candidates with previous experience with interior building maintenance and repair.
The ability to multi-task, safely use power tools and lawn equipment is important. You work well alone or as part of a team and take pride in your work.
Skillsets should include painting, carpentry, interview building repairs (ie. holes in walls, removing/replacing doors etc) basic plumbing and electrical.

Qualifications
Job Qualifications:
Must be 21 years of age or older.
MA License and Vehicle required
High School Diploma or GED required
Previous experience in interior building maintenance/repairstrongly preferred
Ability to lift 70 lbs required
Schedule:
