Position Title: Territory Manager/Sales - Full Time

Job Description: We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to join our team as a Territory Manager on a full-time basis. In this role, you will be responsible for servicing existing clients, expanding our customer base, and promoting value-added precision agricultural Additionally, managing seasonal soil sampling crews is a key aspect of this position.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate seasonal soil sampling crews, ensuring efficient and accurate sample collection. Assist in the recruitment of seasonal samplers.
- Service existing clients in the region, addressing their agricultural needs and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Meet and exceed sales targets through effective relationship building and sales initiatives.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, sales activities, and other relevant data.
- Uphold company standards and represent the organization professionally in all interactions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Agronomy, Agriculture, or a related field is an asset.
- Sales experience and demonstrated success in agricultural sales is an asset.
- Strong agronomic background.
- Previous management experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with the ability to work independently.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the designated territory.
