We are currently seeking an experienced PeopleSoft HCM Consultant to join our team. This role involves working with PeopleSoft HCM version 9.2, North American Payroll, Base Benefits, and Compensation modules, with expertise in ESS (Employee Self-Service) modules such as ePay, eProfile, and eBen, and working with Oracle Database.
Job Responsibilities:
- Implement, configure, and support PeopleSoft HCM v9.2, including North American Payroll, Base Benefits, and Compensation modules.
- Customize and maintain ESS modules like ePay, eProfile, and eBen to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, and translate them into technical solutions.
- Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) using Oracle Database.
- Develop and maintain PeopleSoft interfaces, reports, and customizations.
- Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and provide technical support to end-users.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with company policies and industry standards.
- Stay updated with the latest PeopleSoft and Oracle Database features, functionalities, and best practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience with PeopleSoft HCM v9.2, North American Payroll, Base Benefits, and Compensation modules.
- Strong knowledge of ESS modules such as ePay, eProfile, and eBen.
- Proficiency in Oracle Database, SQL, and PL/SQL.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
