Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage complex projects, ensuring timely delivery of client deliverables, adherence to contract requirements, and achievement of project goals.
- Collaborate with clients, cross-functional teams, and stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and resource allocation to effectively manage project schedules and meet project milestones.
- Oversee risk management, issue identification, and resolution, employing strong problem-solving skills to address any roadblocks that arise during the project.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, managing their expectations and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the project.
- Drive effective communication and reporting to keep all stakeholders informed on project status, providing regular updates on progress, risks, and mitigation strategies.
Requirements:
- 6-8 years of experience in project management, preferably in a fast-paced environment. Proven track record in successfully delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and meeting client requirements.
- Extensive experience managing client relationships and ensuring client satisfaction. Robust understanding of contract management principles and experience in adhering to contract terms.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and influence cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex information effectively.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (PMP certification is a plus).
