We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow Developer / Administrator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in developing, customizing, and administering ServiceNow platforms, with a strong background in handling large-scale enterprise implementations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation and continuous improvement of our ServiceNow environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- ServiceNow Development & Configuration : Design, develop, and implement custom ServiceNow solutions, modules, and applications including ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, and custom applications.
- Administration & Maintenance : Manage and maintain the ServiceNow platform, including user and role management, security, performance tuning, and platform upgrades.
- Integration Management : Work on integrations with third-party systems and internal applications, leveraging REST, SOAP, and other integration methods.
- Customization & Scripting : Customize workflows, forms, UI policies, business rules, and client scripts using JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting techniques.
- Incident, Problem & Change Management : Oversee the lifecycle of incident, problem, and change management processes, ensuring compliance with ITIL best practices.
- ServiceNow Best Practices : Ensure that the ServiceNow instance adheres to industry standards and best practices, providing ongoing recommendations for improvements.
- Collaboration with Stakeholders : Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and provide technical solutions.
- Training & Mentorship : Provide guidance and training to junior developers and administrators, promoting knowledge sharing within the team.
- Documentation : Develop and maintain technical documentation for ServiceNow development, configurations, and integrations.
- Support & Troubleshooting : Provide support to end-users and troubleshoot issues as they arise in the ServiceNow environment.
