We're now taking applications for a Auto Body Estimator to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Prepares estimates for repair work according to dealership, insurance company, and industry standards
- Oversees delivery of repairs and manages customer expectations
- Ensures required documentation is complete and in compliance with industry regulations and standards
- Assigns work to technicians and ensures all work meets quality control standards
- Maintains excellent customer service focus and documents all customer interactions for each job
- Ensures that work areas are clean and that equipment, tools, and supplies are properly stored
- Adheres to work schedule and maintains regular attendance
- Performs Devils Lake Cars wide duties as requested by the designated supervisor
- Upholds Devils Lake Cars' ethical standards and demonstrates the behavioral and service expectations as defined in our policies and procedures
Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have a valid driver’s license
- Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Basic personal computer skills
- Working knowledge of the automotive industry
- Experience with CCC1 estimating preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Applicants may be drug tested
