General Job Description :
Manage Hardware / Ranch departments of Randall Lumber & Hardware.
Key Duties and Responsibilities :
Lead and manage employees including hiring, training & development
Manage P&L performance
Manage inventory and pricing
Oversee vendor & customer relations, developing new business & market planning, analysis, forecasting and budgeting
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in business (preferred) or equivalent experience (5 years in retail management position with similar responsibilities).
This is a full-time position supporting a Monday through Saturday store schedule, offering a competitive salary package with aggressive performance incentives and company profit sharing package ranging from $45K to $110K, plus benefits.
