Staff Counsel
The Office of Legal Ethics Counsel is seeking a full-time Staff Counsel to assist fellow Missouri lawyers by providing informal advisory opinions about lawyers prospective conduct under the Missouri Rules of Professional Conduct. Other duties as assigned. Applicant must be a Missouri lawyer in good standing. At least five years relevant legal experience is desired. Practice experience with the Rules of Professional Conduct, professional responsibility, or a background in legal ethics is also preferred. Training will be provided.
This position is located in Jefferson City, MO and the office operates Monday-Friday 8 : 00 a.m. 5 : 00 p.m., with an opportunity for partial remote work.
