Our company is looking for a Program Manager,Language Learning and Technologies to join DeVine in a full time capacity.This position will be supporting a government customer, hence only US Citizens may be considered.
DeVine offers a variety of services to our clients, including but not limited to: instructional strategy, instructional design, and implementation of educational technologies.
The Program Manager,in collaboration with our client, will lead programs for foreignlanguage skills, distance learning and associated technologies. Instruction is participant-centered and tailored to each student's learning needs. Lesson content is infused with topics culturally relevant to regions where students may be expected to operate seamlessly with the miltiaries and populations around the world. Each course is designed to target growth in all four modalities (listening, speaking, reading, and writing), build cross-cultural knowledge, and enhance intercultural communication skills. Courses are organized one-on-one or with groups of two-to-four students. Online courses connect students anywhere in the world synchronously with native language instructors, at times convenient for each their schedule.
TheProgram Managerwill be DeVine's primary contact collaborating with various government and company stakeholders. The successful hire willprovide overall responsibility for the success of thislong term contract.

Requirements and preferred experience:
- BA/BS degree or higherin a related field of study, Master's Degree or higher preferred
- Must have at least three years of experience in foreign language distance learning program management
- Experience in the teaching of foreign language is highly desired
- Must have Project Management Professional Certification or qualifying experience of at least three years’ experience in relevant program leadership activities
- Prior experience Leadingin Federal projects a plus
- Current Secret Clearance or higher preferred
- Position Type: Full-time, Must be U.S. Citizen
- Location: Montgomery, AL
- Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k, Life Insurance, Paid Holidays, Paid Sick Leave and Paid Vacation
- Compensation: $110K to $130K per year salary range
