Responsibilities

- Manage budgeting for HR activities, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Oversee talent acquisition processes, including recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.
- Administer employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance with regulations and employee satisfaction.
- Ensure adherence to OSHA regulations and promote workplace safety standards.
- Utilize UltiPro and other HRIS systems for efficient data management and reporting.
- Foster positive employee relations by addressing concerns, mediating conflicts, and promoting a collaborative work environment.
Experience
- Proven experience in human resources management or related field.
- Strong knowledge of training development, process improvement methodologies, budgeting practices, and talent acquisition strategies.
- Familiarity with human capital management principles and benefits administration.
- Experience with OSHA regulations and compliance is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in using UltiPro or similar HRIS systems to manage employee data effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to managing employee relations.
