What are the responsibilities and job description for the Construction Estimator/Project Manager position at Devine Management Consulting, LLC?
We are seeking an experienced Residential & Commercial Construction Estimator.

Responsibilities:
- Lead pre-bid processes and coordinate bids with staff
- Manage projects to meet safety, quality, budget, and schedule goals
- Monitor job/labor costs within project budget
- Develop work plans, budgets, and staff for each project phase
- Recruit and assign project personnel
- Prepare project status reports with cost projections and schedules for stakeholder review
- Identify scope changes or differing conditions and secure change orders
- Implement company policies to mitigate risks related to financial status, subcontractor, and vendor performance
Experience Required:
- Minimum 4 years in residential remodeling
- Experience with projects over $1 million

Pay: $95,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
