What are the responsibilities and job description for the Global Quality & Regulatory Compliance Specialist position at Devine Management Consulting, LLC?
Contract: 12 months (full time working onsite)
Job Overview: In this role, you will possess the capabilities to develop and implement the training process for the organization's with over 20,000 employees. You will execute tasks related to maintaining the training process and supporting internal stakeholders. This includes managing training requests, creating and maintaining groups, curricula, and assignments. With your process and system knowledge, you will partner with the Shared Service Center and provide audit support.
Requirements:
- Education: Associate's Degree or higher
- A minimum of 2 years of quality management experience in training or learning in a regulated industry, with knowledge of quality management systems and adult learning trends.
