Lead Restoration Technician

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Restoration Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for restoring properties affected by water, fire, mold, and other damages. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering high-quality restoration services. The Restoration Technician will work closely with clients and team members to ensure that all restoration projects are completed efficiently and effectively.

Duties

• Utilize power tools and hand tools to perform restoration tasks, including water damage restoration and fire restoration.
• Conduct mold remediation processes to ensure safe environments for clients.
• Clean and restore affected areas, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
• Assess damage and develop appropriate restoration plans tailored to each situation.
• Collaborate with team members on asbestos abatement projects when necessary.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment during all restoration activities.
• Build rapport with clients by providing exceptional service and clear communication throughout the restoration process.

Experience

• Previous experience in the restoration industry is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with water damage restoration techniques, mold remediation, and fire restoration practices is preferred.
• Experience using various power tools and hand tools safely and effectively.
• Knowledge of safety protocols related to asbestos abatement is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
