Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree
- Licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania
- Must have 3 years or more experience in corporate transactional work
- AmLaw 100 experience preferred but not required

Pay: $260,000.00 - $365,000.00 per year
