What are the responsibilities and job description for the Litigation Attorney position at Devine Management Consulting, LLC?
Location: Hybrid - working onsite and remote
The ideal candidate will be responsible for litigation matters for wages, bonuses, FMLA, employment issues, ect..
- Class actions cases
- Conduct legal research to support case preparation and client inquiries.
- Negotiate settlements and agreements on behalf of clients.
- Assist with compliance related to labor laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to develop effective strategies for client representation.
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active license to practice law in relevant jurisdictions.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience performing transactional work in labor law & PAGA
- Strong knowledge of labor and employment law principles.
- Excellent negotiation skills with a proven ability to advocate for clients.

Pay: $259,000.00 - $365,000.00 per year
