What are the responsibilities and job description for the Short Sale Negotiator position at Devine Management Consulting, LLC?
Job Summary: The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in exceeding commission in sales for products and services (i.e canvasser, door-to-door, b2b, auto sales, ect..). In this role you will be responsible for selling residential properties to investors who are looking to buy real estate.
Duties:
- Showing residiential properties to investors.
- Negotiate prices and terms of sales and close on the sale of the property.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma
- Valid Driver's License
- At least 1 year of high ticket sales experience with a high % of sells generating revenue for companies.
- Must understand and have experience with commission sales.
