Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract new clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to understand client needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
- Utilize Salesforce and other tools for tracking sales activities and client interactions.
- Participate in networking events to promote the company’s services and expand the client base.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process to enhance client satisfaction.
- Prepare proposals and presentations for prospective clients.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within a consulting or staffing environment.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on building relationships.
- Familiarity with Hubspot or similar CRM software is preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience in energy or solar sales is a plus but not required.
- Ability to conduct market analysis and identify opportunities for growth.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
