Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract new clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to understand client needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
  • Utilize Salesforce and other tools for tracking sales activities and client interactions.
  • Participate in networking events to promote the company’s services and expand the client base.
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process to enhance client satisfaction.
  • Prepare proposals and presentations for prospective clients.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably within a consulting or staffing environment.
  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on building relationships.
  • Familiarity with Hubspot or similar CRM software is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Experience in energy or solar sales is a plus but not required.
  • Ability to conduct market analysis and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

Compensation Package:

  • Bonus opportunities
  • Commission pay
  • Monthly bonus

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
