Annual Salary Range: $151,315 - $378,685

What You'll Do:
- Lead due diligence on mergers and acquisitions transactions and support leveraged buy-outs.
- Represent clients on day-to-day matters such as equity grants and corporate governance.
- Work on innovative projects across various markets and regions.
- Oversee junior associates & staff.

Qualifications:
- Education: Juris Doctor (JD)
- Bar Admission: Licensed to practice in Massachusetts
- Experience: At least 3 years in transactional law, ideally with SEC experience OR AmLaw 100 firm.
