DISTRICT MANAGER

SUMMARY:

The District Manager is responsible for overseeing and optimizing all aspects of restaurant operations across a select region. This role ensures operational efficiency, exceptional guest experiences, strong team performance, and achievement of business goals. The District Manager leads strategic initiatives, supports restaurant leadership, and drives continuous improvement across all locations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Operational Excellence:

  • Develop and implement strategies, policies, and procedures to support smooth and efficient restaurant operations
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and operational regulations and standards
  • Maintain and update standard operating procedures and training materials Team Leadership and Development:
  • Lead, mentor, and support restaurant management teams to achieve operational goals
  • Provide ongoing coaching and professional development to team members
  • Cultivate a positive, inclusive, and performance-driven work culture


Restaurant Performance:

  • Analyze restaurant performance data to identify trends and areas of opportunity
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive profitability, increase guest satisfaction, and enhance overall performance
  • Maintain high standards for service, food quality, and cleanliness across all locations


Innovation and Improvement:

  • Identify and adopt new technologies or processes to enhance operations
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices to maintain a


competitive edge

Financial Management:

Manage operational budgets and control costs across all units SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Education: Associates or Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience: Proven experience in multi-unit restaurant operations with a


history of successful leadership

  • Leadership: Strong leadership, team-building, and people development


skills

  • Communication: Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Language: Bilingual English and Spanish (preferred)
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
  • Project Management: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional


projects from start to finish

  • Knowledge: Deep understanding of restaurant operations, food safety


protocols, and quality assurance

Salary : $90,000
