Duties May Include :
- Reconciliation of inventory
- Holding staff accountable for our standards.
- Ensuring guests are having a great experience.
- Maintenance of the POS System
- Identify and delegate responsibilities to staff to ensure objectives are met and excellent service is consistently achieved.
- Manage operations with passion, integrity, and knowledge while promoting the culture and values of the restaurant.
- Follow the restaurant policies and procedures, including those for cash handling and safety / security.
- Assist in conducting staff and daily pre-shift meetings
