What You Bring:

• 2 years of hospitality management experience in a full-service, high-volume restaurant.
• 2 years of front-of-house leadership experience, with a strong focus on guest satisfaction.
• A natural ability to lead, motivate, and develop a top-tier service team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a guest-first mindset.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
