We are currently seeking a qualified Restaurant Manager to head our FOH operations and support the General Manager in leading, and developing a team to success in a full-service, high-volume location. Duties & Responsibilities :
- Build, lead and develop a dynamic and diverse team
- Ensure guests have an amazing dining experience
- Assist the General Manager in the daily operations of the restaurant
- Manage catering orders and onsite private events
- Analyze sales and control expenses, payroll, and inventory
- Maintain exceptional attention to detail, safety, cleanliness, and organization
