Food Trends Catering & Events is a full-service caterer and event planning company with over 25 years of experience. At the same time, Food Trends has invested in sophisticated procedures and technology to become one of the most efficiently-run catering enterprises in the tri-state area. Between Manhattan and NJ the facilities total over 30,000 sq ft. Our attention to detail and customer service and grown to serve over 1,000 customers daily. Our clients include (but are not limited to) Fortune 500 corporations, fashion houses, weddings, universities, and historic venues. It is an exciting time as we are expanding our Tri-State presence.

JOB REQUIREMENTS (including, But Are Not Limited To)
- Utilize our invoice platform for processing orders
- Create BEOs
- Plan and coordinate catering logistics of events with internal departments and outside vendors such as rental and entertainment companies
- Service a diverse range of clients with various custom needs
- Provide customer service via email, telephone, etc., and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
- Create menus and design food displays
- Attend tastings and events
- Proactive selling is optional
- Must have experience with 1000 plus person plated dinner events
- Weddings
- VIP Clients & Venues
- Complicated Logistics
- Experience in event planning or hospitality
- A Bachelor's Degree
- A GPA of 3.0 or above preferred
- Team-player attitude
- Multitasking and taking initiative in a high-paced environment
- Flexibility in extended hours during busy seasons
- Excellent written, verbal, and computer skills
- Attention to detail and organization
- Excellent customer service/customer relations
