- Performs thorough diagnostics on vehicles to identify issues.
- Executes efficient and accurate repairs on a variety of vehicles, including buses, trucks, and other commercial vehicles.
- Performs warranty repair work as directed by manufacturer guidelines and warranty policies.
- Completes required paperwork with regards to repair orders and parts usage.
- Collaborates with the service advisors to communicate repair recommendations to customers.
- Owns and maintains the proper tools to perform job functions
- Follows instructions of foreman or supervisor.
- High school diploma, technical school or equivalent
- Training or experience in the field of automotive, truck or bus repair
- Driver’s license
- Hold, or be eligible to, hold a CDL license
- Hold, or be willing to work toward, ASE certifications
- Adequate English verbal and written communication skills
- Physical strength and conditioning to perform all required tasks
