DeVivo Bus Sales currently has an opening for a full-time Parts Advisor at our Falmouth, ME location.

- Perform counter and telephone parts sales
- Create and maintain customer service relationships
- Ordering, procurement, stocking and billing of parts
- Create and receive parts requisitions/purchase orders
- Must be proficient with computers and dealership software including Microsoft Office
- Shipping/receiving as needed
- Maintain clean and organized parts area and warehouse
- Maintain adequate supplier and vendor relations
- Conduct physical inventory counts as needed
- 3 years' experience in parts/warehousing/inventory control within the automotive/truck/bus parts industry
- Strong written, oral and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to overcome obstacles and find solutions to parts needs for customers and shop technicians
- Ability to achieve and maintain proper parts certifications and training on IC (Navistar) products
- Valid driver’s license
