DeVivo Companies has an opening for a Body Shop Manager to lead our collision shop in Randolph, MA. The Body Shop Manager is responsible for directing an efficient, profitable, clean, safe working environment within the collision department through productive staffing, customer retention and satisfaction, technician training and quality workmanship.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Handle all operations of a busy commercial body shop
- Manage shop workflow and technicians to ensure that quality standards are met
- Manage payroll
- Price jobs
- Oversee billing
- Ensure that the proper parts and supplies are in stock
- Shipping & receiving
- Staff hiring, management, development & retention
- Customer satisfaction and relations
- Plans daily/weekly work schedule for direct reports
- Financial management
- Review and signs off on all completed work orders
- Promotes safety standards and expectations
Position Requirements:
- 3 years auto body management experience.
- Auto body estimating experience. Ability to negotiate repair estimates and supplements with insurance companies.
- Driver's license. A commercial drivers license (CDL) is ideal but not required.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- A Massachusetts Motor Vehicle Damage Appraisers License is preferred but we are willing to train the right individual.
