Position Summary
The role of a Hospitality Aide provides a unique, non-clinical opportunity to work among a strong and collaborative care team, make a real difference in the lives of the patients & residents in our care. The Hospitality Aide works alongside the nursing department preforming non-nursing, non-direct/hands-on duties pertaining to the comfort and well-being of the patients of the facility.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Make beds
- Pass water to patients
- Serve / remove food trays
- Answer call lights
- Clean / change linens
- Transporting patients around the facility
- Inventory patient’s personal items upon admission
- Perform other non-nursing activities
Qualifications & Requirements
- Must have the desire to care for people, especially those who are elderly and chronically ill
- Must be capable of following oral and written instructions
- Must be able to write simple records and reports under supervision
- Must have a pleasant and courteous manner
- Must speak, understand, and write fluently in English
- Must have reliable transportation
