Responsibilities:
- Cultivate long-term relationships to foster lifelong clientele.
- Employ consultative selling techniques to guide customers in selecting the right vehicle, utilizing active listening and insightful questioning.
- Stay abreast of product offerings, optional packages, and emerging technologies to become an authority in the field.
- Conduct professional demonstrations of both new and used vehicles, showcasing their features and benefits.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through diligent follow-up, fostering opportunities for referral business.
- Master objection handling and excel in various sales scenarios.
- Provide regular reports and updates to the Sales Manager on objectives, activities, and performance analyses.
- Bring a consistently positive attitude and top-tier performance to the workplace every day.
Position Requirements:
- Familiarity with Cadillac Pinnacle program preferred.
- Experience in high-end luxury sales is preferred.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including Saturdays.
- Prior experience with CRM systems preferred.
- Proficiency in web-based technology and sales methodologies.
- Quick and efficient learner, adept at adapting to new systems and processes.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Present a professional appearance and uphold high standards of work ethic.
- Demonstrated history of reliability and consistency in previous employment.
- Possession of a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Successful completion of pre-employment background check and drug screening.
