Marketing Specialist with Web3 Expertise

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Marketing Specialist with deep expertise in Web3 technologies to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, content creation, and community engagement within the blockchain and cryptocurrency sectors. This role will play a key part in shaping our brand narrative, driving user acquisition, and positioning Devolved AI as a leader in the AI/Blockchain space.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and Execute Marketing Strategies: Create and implement comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to the Web3 ecosystem, focusing on brand awareness, user acquisition, and community growth.

• Content Creation and Management: Produce and manage high-quality content that resonates with the Web3 community, including blog posts, social media updates, and thought leadership articles.

• Community Engagement: Engage with blockchain and crypto communities on platforms like Twitter, Discord, and Telegram to build relationships, foster discussions, and promote Devolved AI's initiatives.

• Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and analyze marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email, and paid advertising, to drive engagement and conversions.

• Partnership Development: Collaborate with key influencers, thought leaders, and other projects in the Web3 space to build strategic partnerships and amplify Devolved AI’s reach.

• Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, social media analytics, and blockchain-specific tracking platforms. Provide regular reports and actionable insights to optimize marketing efforts.

• Market Research: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and developments in the Web3 space to inform marketing strategies and identify new opportunities for growth.

• Brand Management: Ensure consistent and impactful representation of Devolved AI’s brand across all marketing materials and channels, reinforcing our position as a leading player in the Web3 space.

• Event Promotion: Support the planning and promotion of industry events, webinars, and AMAs, ensuring high levels of participation and engagement from the target audience.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

• 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on blockchain, cryptocurrency, or Web3 technologies.

• Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns in the Web3 space.

• Excellent content creation and storytelling skills, with a deep understanding of Web3 culture and terminology.

• Strong analytical skills, with experience using marketing analytics tools to measure performance and optimize strategies.
