The Corporate Admin Support, working under direct supervision, is responsible for performing a variety of routine administrative duties including but not limited to calendar management, travel coordination, meeting preparation, preparing correspondence, and assisting with the creation of reports, documents and presentation materials. The role assists in managing courier services, by timely preparation and dispatch of packages, along with tracking deliveries. The role assists team members in completing expense reports, accurately documenting expenditures and adhering to corporate policies and procedures. The role executes document reproduction tasks including photocopying, filing, and faxing, adhering to established protocols for document handling and confidentiality. • Works closely with various leaders across disciplines to consolidate data for reports and presentations, and develops presentation materials and drafts for review to support effective communication within the organization. • Executes document reproduction tasks including photocopying, filing, and faxing, adhering to established protocols for document handling and confidentiality. • Assists team members in completing expense reports, accurately documenting expenditures and adhering to corporate policies and procedures. • Facilitates travel arrangements for team members, coordinating flights, accommodations, and transportation to ensure smooth and hassle-free trips. • Arranges meeting logistics such as booking rooms and organizing catering services, ensuring all necessary resources are in place for successful meetings. • Assists in coordinating courier services, preparing and dispatching packages in a timely manner, and tracking deliveries to ensure timely receipt by intended recipients. • Performs diverse administrative duties as needed, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in responding to evolving organizational needs and priorities. • Acquires job skills, becomes familiar with organization policies, and completes routine to moderately complex assignments/tasks, while making suggestions for continuous improvement • Adheres to established company, legal and regulatory standards, and guidelines, and ensures confidentiality in all dealings with organization data. • Solves defined problems using established procedures, and delivers basic administrative or operative tasks under direct instruction and close supervision. Education: • High School Diploma/General Education Diploma (GED)/Higher Secondary education and/or commensurate work experience is required. Experience: • 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in areas such as Office Management, Administrative Support, Calendar Management or a related field. Industry experience is preferred.
