The Financial Operations Intern - Transaction Tax, working under direct supervision, is responsible for assisting with automation, report writing, and data extraction, as well as working on tax matters such as compliance reporting. The role involves analyzing business processes, collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data, optimizing reporting performance, and applying general principles, theories, and concepts of accounting and information systems to various assignments. Major Responsibilities: Assist with automation, report writing, and data extraction. Work on tax matters such as compliance reporting. Analyze business processes, collect, analyze, and interpret data. Optimize reporting performance. Apply general principles, theories, and concepts of accounting and information systems to various assignments. Qualifications: Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Management Information Systems. College level: Sophomore, Junior, Senior. Completed at least 6 hours in Accounting and 6 hours in Information Systems preferred. GPA 3.0 or higher preferred. Familiarity with data analysis, data preparation, or data automation software tools and techniques. Experience or solid educational knowledge with tools such as SQL, Python, Alteryx, Power Automate, and Power BI is highly preferred.
