- Work under the general direction of the Program Director and Office Manager
- Create/Write Service Plans
- Manage patient intake process including electronic or paper forms
- Work with the program staff to schedule patients and ensure that the center's workflow runs efficiently
- Answer and direct all incoming calls
- Utilize problem-solving skills for patient management, and to support center and colleagues for resolution of issues
- Update and manage center calendar
- Order and organize patient materials, as needed
- Monitor patient wait times and work with the General Manager to manage patient experience
- Perform all other duties as assigned
- Maintain a clean waiting room
- Scanning necessary documents
- Assist with outgoing shipments
- Filing/Printing

Qualifications
High School Diploma/Associates Degree
- Proven experience in medical administrative support and front desk operations
- Strong knowledge of medical records management and patient service
- Proficiency in EHR systems such as Epic and Meditech
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and medical terminology
- Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office and multi-line phone systems
- Ability to conduct patient assessments and manage intake processes effectively
