This role is all about scaling user acquisition, optimizing growth channels, and driving product-led growth (PLG).
Role Overview
- Own top-of-funnel growth—drive awareness, lead gen, and sign-ups through high-impact campaigns.
- Optimize acquisition channels using data-driven insights to improve ROI.
- Leverage analytics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel etc) to track performance and refine strategy.
- Run A / B tests and experiments to explore new channels, messaging, and UX improvements.
- Collaborate across product, marketing, sales, and engineering to align growth initiatives.
- Enhance user onboarding, feature adoption, and retention through PLG strategies.
- Build and lead a high-performing growth team.
