Job Summary
The Project Manager (PM) / Sales Support owns the fulfillment of assigned projects, exceeding the expectations of the customer and ensuring profit protection. This involves leading through influence as well as detailed planning, coordination and communication with customers, vendors, installers, and the Dew-El team. The Project Manager oversees all tasks, critical dates, client relations, performance quality, budget, and project administration for each assigned project.
Job Responsibilities
Project Planning and Coordination
- Work collaboratively with Dew-El Team to deliver exceptional customer journey
- Direct, coordinate and manage tasks, assignments and completion for entire Dew-El project team.
- Manage order entry, fulfillment, receiving, delivery, freight and damage claims
- Coordinate with Dew-El team, to develop work plans, schedule and logistics based on overall project parameters, project schedule and scope, and customer’s goals
- Review project site, plans and product specifications
- Provide a single point of contact for, and coordinates with, client and all third-party firms
Project Administration
Maintain detailed project documentation, including documentation of key project decisions and customer / project request / revisionsProvide timely, formal written communications throughout project to client, third parties and Dew-El project teamManage accurate and detailed record keeping, including receiving documentation, contract adherence, sign-offs and approvals, and key decision records.Project / Installation ImplementationCoordinate planning, scheduling and managing installations and third-party installation companies.Work collaboratively with Dew-El Team to deliver exceptional customer journeyKeep current with ERP database, all acknowledgments and estimated delivery dates, engaging in continuous follow-up and expediting with freight suppliers and factoriesCoordinate freight costs while meeting delivery scheduleEnsure all proof of delivery documents and field paperwork are submitted in a timely mannerPunch and Project Close-Out
Develop punch list with the third-party installer; responsible for punch list resolutionConfirm project completionManage all final project close-out requirements, including contract requirements, client sign-offs, etc.Sales Support
Work with the sales team to help create and input quotes into CRM systemInformation Technology (IT) Requirements
Must be proficient in MS Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Outlook / ExchangeWithin first 30 days of employment must attend virtual training and develop proficiency with Dew-El specific software systemsRequired Skills
