Dewberry is currently looking for a Survey Crew Chief to perform a variety of tasks associated with land surveying and civil engineering in our Daphne, AL office.

Responsibilities
- Perform right of way survey aspects of transportation engineering projects
- Perform design survey aspects of transportation engineering projects
- Field work associated with land surveying
- Perform Boundary, Topographic, Tree & Channel Surveys
- Assisting with survey computations and data collection as needed
- Other duties as assigned
Required Skills & Required Experience
- A minimum of 2 years of survey experience as a survey crew chief
- Able to operate Topcon Total Stations, Lieca GPS, static, RTK, RTN Ability to operate Trimble Access with Trimble Total Stations and GPS
- Ability to run a closed bench run, single wire and 3 wire
- Ability to shoot Topography
- Ability to work remotely under rigorous conditions
- Familiarity with construction plans and RW maps
- Utility designating experience a plus
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be reliable
Additional Requirements :
- Ability to work out of town, flexible with work area
- Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license in order to operate company vehicle
- Must be able to pass drug / alcohol screening
