Dewberry is currently seeking a Right of Way Mapping Technician to join our Surveying and Mapping department in the Central Florida. The candidate must be able to work in a team environment as a member of a survey department, assisting in the performance of Right of Way Control Surveys, Right-of Way Maps, Sketches of Description and Boundary and Specific Purpose surveys. The position has opportunity for advancement for motivated individuals willing to learn the skills and technology required.

Responsibilities
· Assist the Mapping manager with all aspects of CAD and map preparation.
· Review field notes for information necessary to prepare maps.
· Prepare alignment references and Certified Corner Record (CCR) forms.
· Perform deed, plat & document research, title & easement review.
· Work in a safe manner and obey all safety regulations.
· Prepare Control Survey, Right of Way Map, Sketch of Description and Boundary survey deliverables.
Required Skills & Required Experience
· Three (3) years of CAD experience preferred.
· Must have a High School Diploma (Minimum).
· Must have strong mathematical skills.
· Must be able to communication effectively.
· Must have a valid driver’s license and ability to pass a driving record check.
· Must pass drug and alcohol test.
· Must be dependable.
