Responsibilities:
· Serve as the primary point of contact for branch managers, employees, insurance carriers, and claims adjusters regarding insurance-related matters.
· Manage and process insurance claims, ensuring timely communication and resolution.
· Assist employees with insurance inquiries, including coverage details and claim procedures.
- Coordinate with insurance carriers to maintain accurate policy information and compliance.
- Document and track claims, ensuring proper follow-up and resolution.
- Support risk management efforts by identifying potential issues and recommending solutions.
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in all insurance-related records and communications.
- Back-up for the data processing department and reception desk
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in insurance administration, claims processing, or a related field is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of insurance policies, claims processes, and industry regulations.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with branch managers, employees, insurance carriers, and claims adjusters.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for managing multiple claims and policy documents.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and insurance-related software.
- Problem-solving skills to address insurance-related inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
- Ability to prioritize tasks.
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a focus on providing clear and helpful assistance.
- Knowledge of workers' compensation, liability claims, and other business insurance matters is a plus.

Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
