JOB TITLE: Bakery Production
Pay: $14.00/hr
Shift: 1st shift
Location: Thruway
Summary:
The Production employee is responsible for ensuring the cakes and other bakery items and mixed and baked according to instruction.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Scale, mix, bake, ice, and cut cake and other items according to recipe and instructions
- Keeps work area tidy, clean, and organized during and at the end of the shift
- Puts consumer safety first by maintaining and reinforcing a strong food safety culture.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Ability to read and communicate in English strongly preferred
- Ability to work and communicate constructively as part of the team
- Ability to perform the essential functions listed above
