Your Role
- Collaborate with Engineering and IT teams to efficiently manage hardware installations and lifecycle processes at the data center.
- Develop and implement a strategy for handling the backlog of hardware installations and lifecycle management.
- Streamline CapEx procurement processes to ensure timely approvals and resource allocation.
- Establish metrics to measure process efficiency and hardware utilization at the data center.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between IT Data Center Ops and Engineering teams to create optimized workflows.
- Lead initiatives to automate hardware procurement, allocation, and tracking processes.
- Conduct regular reviews with leadership and peers to assess progress and refine operational strategies.
- Achieve documentation and transparency in hardware lifecycle management, establishing an official framework by the end of the first year.
