Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Practice Manager to join our dynamic team at Dewitt. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in veterinary management, with expertise in leadership roles such as lead technician or lead customer service representative. You'll work closely with the Veterinary Partners and the supervisors within the hospital to continue the growth and success. We have some exciting projects coming up to continue the growth of the team that you will be a part of.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations to ensure efficient and smooth workflow
• Provide leadership, structure, and guidance to the veterinary team
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and performance evaluations
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment
• Implement and optimize practice policies and procedures
• Collaborate with veterinarians and support staff to enhance client and patient experiences
• Utilize financial acumen to contribute to practice profitability

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in veterinary management, preferably in leadership roles such as lead technician or lead customer service representative
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to lead and motivate a team
• Familiarity with veterinary software and technology
• Understanding of financial aspects of practice management
